chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:
150 g sugar
3 eggs
225 g butter
180 g dark chocolate, chopped

Sift together:
210 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp vanilla powder
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:
1. melt the butter and chocolate. Set aside.
2. Beat the sugar and melted chocolate until blended.
3. Add the eggs one at a time while stirring until blended.
4. Add the flour mixture, stirring until blended.
5. Pour into paper bowls.
6. Bake in hot oven for 40 minutes.
7. Remove, let cool.
8. Give a smear and decorations to your taste.
